The Lumberjack, The Dragoon, and Nurse Campbell aren’t just names on a label. They’re nods to the real characters who helped shape our story. We’ve taken their grit, good humour, and stubborn streaks and distilled them properly: no shortcuts, no fluff, just well-made spirits with something to say.
Pour a glass and you’ll taste more than botanicals or citrus. You’ll catch a hint of the woods, a trace of old-world discipline, and a spark of the kind of determination that built families and businesses from the ground up.
So here’s to the ones who came before us.

The Lumberjack Vodka has a delicious aroma of toasted bread that originates from the BC malted barley we brew with. The Lumberjack has a silky mouthfeel and a sweet caramel finish. Enjoy in any vodka cocktail, or like we drink it — neat.
Notes: toasted bread, kilned barley, full mouthfeel, caramel sweetness.
The Cucumberjack Vodka was created using our vodka recipe along with vapour infusing the subtle charactoristics of cucumber and mint. This spirit is refreshing over ice with a splash of sparkling water.

Our flagship Gin has rich aromatics of basil and sweet orange. Juniper, basil, saskatoon berry, and lemongrass come together to produce a gin with notes of red berry, fresh garden herbs, and a light warming spice. This gin plays nicely with any of your favourite gin cocktails, and shines with a G&T garnished with a basil leaf.

Our New Western style Matriarch Gin represents the history of our roots by introducing familiar aromas and flavours of a Rosé.
Notes: Strawberries and rhubarb with a soft smooth finish.
Fresh lemon peels, lemon juice and the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. More Limon, Less Cello. Just the way we like it.
Notes: Lemonade
Why: Because pink lemonade rocks.
How: Smashed strawberries and lemons together.
